Everyone there is great! They always seem like they’re ready to help the patients no matter what! I’ve been going there since I was in middle school and I’m now in college and still love it! The front desk ladies are the perfect people you want to be greeted by, and the doctors are incredible! I always recommend The Ortho Barr to anyone who wants a perfect smile!

We absolutely love Dr. Green! He’s incredibly kind, personable, and truly makes every visit enjoyable. My girls actually look forward to their appointments—they adore him and feel so comfortable in his care.

And of course, we all know the real reason they’re excited to go… his sweet dog, Renfrow! Seeing that adorable pup always makes their day.

The staff is just as wonderful—always kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. From start to finish, every visit is a great experience. We couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist or a friendlier office! Highly recommend.

I always have a wonderful visit with the folks at Green-Barr. I am older patient (58) and I felt kinda weird about getting braces at this age. But from initial consultation until now (having them 6-7 month) all that’s gone. It’s been a painless experience for me as well. I can’t recommend Green-Barr enough.

We have had the best experience here for my daughter’s braces! They have explained everything so well to us and been able to accommodate her school schedule and we’ve never had to wait to be seen! They get us right back! Definitely recommend!

They are great at what they do I’ve gotten amazing results my smile went from looking goofy to amazing. I can’t wait to finally get my braces off but I can tell I’m going to miss coming here and my braces too. I had such a wonderful experience at the orthodontist’s office today. The lady who helped my daughter with her braces named as Dimisia was absolutely amazing! She was so sweet, patient, and gentle, and she made my daughter feel comfortable the entire time. You can tell she really cares about her patients.

I love walking into the office for my appointments, it’s truly amazing seeing the team and the orthodontist with every visit. It feels like catching up with friends and they are very detailed in their work. When I first had my consultation, they knew exactly what to fix without me having the words to describe what I wanted to fix. It is always warm and welcoming! If you’re looking for an orthodontist to take care of your ortho needs, give them a call!

My oldest started out with Dr Smiley and during the pandemic Dr. Barr took over… of course there was apprehension but that didn’t last long.. Dr. Barr made us feel right and home and that we would be in good hands and it was a seamless transition… we stayed with them with our second child and have been so happy… Dr. Barr takes a personal interest in each of his patients and wants those teeth to be perfect.. you can’t get any better than Green-Barr Orthodontists.

Wonderful experience all around! Best place in Spartanburg for Ortho care. 5 stars!
